Shipping Policy
Order Processing and Delivery Timelines
Please allow standard business days for order processing before your shipment leaves our warehouse. Delivery times are calculated from the moment the carrier receives your package and are dependent on the shipping method you select at checkout and your delivery destination.
We currently ship to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping outside these areas at this time.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination shipping address. All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed and can be reviewed before you finalize your purchase during the checkout process.
We offer a variety of standard and expedited shipping options through reliable national carriers. The available options and their associated costs and estimated delivery timelines will be presented for your selection at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking website. You can also view the status of your shipment at any time by logging into your account on our website.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO Addresses
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We also ship to APO and FPO addresses. For APO/FPO addresses, packages are sent via Space Available Mail (SAM) at no additional charge, with transit continuing via the next available military transport.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, your order may be shipped in multiple packages from different fulfillment locations, especially if items have varying availability. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking information for each package. You will only be charged the single, original shipping fee quoted at checkout.
Delivery and Receiving Your Order
Most carriers will leave the package at the delivery address unless a signature is specifically required for the service you selected. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is secure and accurate.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered received. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed at the provided address. If you believe your package is missing, we recommend first checking with neighbors, your leasing office, or looking around other potential delivery areas on your property. Please also contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number to initiate a search.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives with obvious external damage to the shipping box:
- If possible, please refuse the delivery at the time it is presented.
- If you have already accepted the delivery and then discover concealed damage, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. It is crucial that you save all original packaging materials, including the outer box and internal padding, as the carrier may need to inspect them to process a damage claim.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact our Customer Care team as quickly as possible. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, we may be able to correct it. Once a package is shipped, we cannot reroute it, and you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We process orders promptly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We can only modify an order if it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been packed, labeled, or handed to the carrier, we are unable to cancel or alter the shipment.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated and applied to orders based on the shipping destination’s state and local tax regulations. The estimated tax will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
Holidays and Weather Delays
Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and do not account for potential delays caused by carrier observed holidays, severe weather events, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control. During peak shopping seasons, such as the winter holidays, processing and transit times may be extended.
